DREAM HOUSE

A lot of small details were thought out for guests to be comfortable, cook meals and enjoy the place. I am very serious about the cleanliness, ready to go the extra step to make sure guests enjoy their stay, and keep improving the place all the time.

Please take a note that this apartment is part of the big house. It is private and has a separate entry, but you might see/hear other people that live on the same property.

Entire two bedroom apartment, shared utility room with washer and dryer, back porch with outside sitting area and chiminea.

AC:
There is NO AC in the apartment. It is half basement and the house is surrounded by tall trees, so it always stays on the cool side in there, even during the hottest days.

Cleaning:
We clean responsibly using Lysol antibacterial products

Water quality:
We have our own well. Water in our area is full of minerals so sometimes it might smell like a bit of sulfur depending on mineral content. However, it is NOT harmful to your health and it is drinkable. I also do have a water treatment system that is well maintained.

Other guests:
Please take a note that this apartment is part of bigger house and there might be guests on the second floor and you will most likely hear them as it is an old colonial house and insulation is not to the modern standards.
